2 russet potatos
1 tablespoon vegan chicken boullion powder
1 tablespoon chives
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powger
1. After rinsing, cut the potatos into eighths and rub them with all of the seasonings.
2. Place into a bowl and microwave for 12 minutes on the highest setting.
3. Serve with ketchup, and/or lunabell's lentil loaf.
