2/3 cup nondairy milk (I use soy)
1/3 medium-large sized banana, mashed
2 tablespoons ground raw almonds
2 tablespoons ground salba (chia) seeds
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
2 tablespoons hemp hearts
1 tablespoon dried goji berries
1/2-1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/4–1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Bring the milk to a boil in a small pot or in microwave.
2. Combine mashed banana with remaining ingredients.
3. Pour the hot milk on top, stir and serve.
