1 cup white or brown rice flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 to 3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon herb mixture, optional
1. Mix flour and salt and blend in oil.
2. Slowly add water and then add herb mixture, if using and mix. The batter should be like a really thick pancake batter.
3. Spoon onto hot skillet and spread it out with spatula, when it starts to bubble on top flip over, and cook until golden brown.
