1 pear, sliced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup salad greens (I use spinach)
1/4 cup rasberries (or you may use strawberries/blackberries)
1/2 cup raw almonds (I toast mine)
1 (12 ounce) can pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons vinaigrette (I like Annie's organic)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spread pear onto baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top and sprinkle the brown sugar over the pear.
2. Bake 5-10 minutes, depending on how brown you want them.
3. Put the salad greens in a large bowl with the raspberries, almonds, cooked pears, pineapple chunks, and dressing; toss.
