2 tablespoons vegan butter (I use Earth Balance)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons nondairy milk (I use almond)
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1. Melt vegan butter over stove or in microwave, and mix into a bowl with the cocoa powder, until combined.
2. Stir in milk and vanilla until smooth. Slowly add in powdered sugar until fully mixed.
3. Add more milk or powdered sugar until you get the consistency you'd like.
