2 sticks (8 ounces) vegan butter, divided
1/4 cup fresh sage
pinch salt
1. Over medium heat, melt 1 stick butter. Let it start to bubble. Add the sage and cook for 30 seconds. Remove the sage and dry on paper towels.
2. Remove the butter from heat and let cool. When sage is cool, mince. Combine the remaining butter with the melted, browned butter.
3. Add the minced sage and salt. Mix well. Let set in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour.
