16 ounces silken tofu
3 tablespoons amaretto
1 tablespoon agave nectar
10 ounces vegan chocolate chips
1 prepared vegan graham cracker crust
1) Blend tofu, amaretto, and agave nectar. Melt chocolate chips and add to blender. Blend to combine chocolate with tofu mixture.
2) Pour filling into graham cracker crust. Chill until filling is set.
This is good topped with fruit, such as strawberries. Enjoy!
