Brownie:
1 cup pitted, unsoaked dates
1 cup walnuts
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup cocao powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Fudgy Mid Section:
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I used coconut)
1/4 cup cocao powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
Icing:
1 cup whipped cashew cream (like this [1])
Place all "Brownie" ingredients in food processor and process. Press mixture into 8x8 dish and place in freezer.
Place all "Fudgy Mid Section" ingredients in food processor and process. Spread "Fudgy Mid Section" mixture over "Brownie" mixture. Spread "Icing" over "Fudgy Mid Section", and then cover dish and fully chill. Cut and eat!
