1 tin of Chickpeas
2 Cloves of Garlic
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Tablespoons of Tahini
2 Avocados
Salt
Paprika
1, Blend the Chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice and tahini in a food processor until smooth, you may need to add a little water.
2, Add the 2 avocados and blend again.
3, Add salt to taste
4, Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with paprika.
You could also use lime juice, miss out the garlic and add red onion instead.
This is a very versitile recipe and can be changed in many ways, have fun and see what you can come up with.
