1 tbsp olive oil
1 bulb garlic
1 small piece ginger
1 tsp chili paste
(1) 12 oz pkg Light Life original veggie crumbles
a couple shakes of Italian seasoning
(1) 28 oz can diced tomatoes
(1) 15 oz can black beans
(1) 15 oz can dark red kidney beans
1/4 c of chili powder
1/4 c of cayenne pepper
~1/8 c of Tabasco sauce
~ tbsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Saute the ginger and the garlic in the olive oil and and the chili paste. Then add the veggie crumbles and the Italian seasoning. Once that is heated through, add everything else. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for several hours. Adjust seasoning before serving.
