20 greens beans
2 cups yellow split lentils
1/2 cup mango juice
1tbsp honey
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander ground
1 tsp cumin ground
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp salt
lightly sautee vegetables in the olive oil
chop them how you like them
while you are doing this boil the 2 cups of yellow lentils in 4 cups of water, leave uncovered and reduce heat once the boiling starts.
add chili powder, coriander and cumin to medium heat vegetables
stir until the vegetables and fruit have some color
add salt to vegetables
stir in the mango and almond milk to deglase pot
should be a oven proof steel pot, it is going in the oven
after lentils are soft add to pot with water used for boiling
add honey
preheat oven to 300 fahrenheit
leave uncovered for 1 hour and thirty minutes in oven
allow appropriate cool time so flavors can mellow.
