two slices whole wheat bread
mustard
cheese(optional)
tiny bit of salt and pepper.
cucumber
spinach
red onion
a couple of mushrooms
1/4 of an avocado
Put the bread in the toaster then get to work cutting up the veggies(I prefer mine thinly sliced). When your toast is ready quickly put mustard on one piece and mash avocado on the other. Sprinle salt and pepper on avocado then pile on your desired vegetables, the amount of which is up to you! Cut in half and enjoy.
