Creamy Sweet Thai Chili Sauce Dressing
What you need:
1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
What you do:
1. Put both ingredients in a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed. (I used a magic bullet blender, but any blender will do.)
2. Adjust mayonnaise and chili sauce amounts to taste.
I have mixed in teriyaki type salad dressing too, and it was awesome as well.

i added some sesame oil, dash of rice vinegar and a pinch of sugar, super tasty!!!
