Vegan Japanese Eats!
I love Japanese food. Maybe that's because my parents lived in Japan before I was born. When they returned to the states, they brought back their love for all things Japanese, especially the food. Many of my favorite childhood meals were spent at our local Japanese joint, chowing down on gyoza and sushi. No meal was complete without a slice of delicious green tea cake. Japanese food lends itself easily to veganization, with its healthy veggies and sticky rice. Yum, I'm drooling just thinking about it.
