i think i have a new addiction to cupcakes.  i only had the ingredients in the house to make the basic chocolate cupcake and the peanut butter buttercream icing.  but holy crap.  i might fatten up my household with these things.  i've had the cookbook for almost a year and never made anything out of it, but i got a wild hair on friday and the entire dozen was gone by sunday evening.  my only issue is that i couldn't get my icing to really be fluffy....  i had to refrigerate the cupcakes to keep the icing in place (even though i really did wait til they were cool to ice them).  maybe it's just too hot in my apartment?  no a/c in the kitchen.  anyway, who else is loving this cookbook or has suggestions as to which combinations of cakes/icings are most delicious?
