I swear someone started a thread, but I can't find it using the search or by looking.

Anyway, I made the Super Quick Tomato-Basil Cream Pasta and it was indeed quick and very very very good.  This is the first time I used raw cashews in a sauce to make it creamy and it was good.

Oops...I just started another VYY thread, because the VegWeb search didn't find anything when I looked for "Vegan Yum Yum" or "veganyumyum"  :(
