Does anyone know of any brands of Gluten free and vegan friendly breads? I'm just now making the switch to gluten free. I've found a large variety of pasta's but I cannot find any bread. They all have eggs from what I've seen. So I'm just curious to see if anyone knows of a specific brand, I would greatly appreciate it :D And if you know of any other Gluten-free/vegan goods that I should know of you should tell me ;) haha. Thanks in advance!

Ezekiel bread is gluten free and probably the most healthy for you out of anything that I have found so far.
Ezekiel bread is not gluten free, it contains wheat gluten, among other gluten containing grains.
So far, I have not found an adequate GF bread on the market.
I make a wheat free version of Bread Machine Oatmeal Bread on this site, if you can handle oats, it is fabulous.

I am still working on formulating a GF and Oat free home made bread. Almost there... :)
Id have to check sinc ei havent bought it in a while but i think Ener-G makes theirs both gluten free and vegan. Their white rice and flax is the only gluten free bread i can stand the taste of. But im also allergic to several other things so my options are more limited.
Food for Life makes gluten free vegan bread.
Trader Joe's carries a brown rice tortilla that's vegan.

I find this needs to be either toasted to melba toast dryness or fried (grilled chz or french toast), to have a pleasing texture. It is starchy and dry as is.That said, put some daiya between two slices and earth balance on the outside, grill it up and it is amazing.
I second the Schar. It's delicious and they also have French bread and ciabatta rolls, although, I haven't checked the vegan status of those two things, but their white bread is vegan and pretty darn tasty.
