Take two cousins. What are the parents (as what kind of relative do they stand as) to the other cousin?
(On this one I know what I believe.I just want to hear your opinion on it. Alot of people have different views on this.

Some people say aunt and uncle some say no the parents are cousins. Like the kids are say second cousins those people will say the parents are 3rd cousins to those kids.

gotcha. yup, in my opinion they are your aunt and uncle.
Depends on the culture, but if the relatives in question are the parents' siblings, they are most generally the aunt or uncle. If they are the parents' cousins, they are also your cousins.
In some societies the gender of the parent matters, but that way lies madness. ;)
http://anthro.palomar.edu/kinship/kinship_5.htm gives a good taste of what madness I'm talking about. Here's a pretty good key for kin diagrams: http://umanitoba.ca/faculties/arts/anthropology/tutor/fundamentals/fund2.html
These are GREAT questions. Have you considered going into anthropology? :D
(I never did figure out 1st cousin/2nd cousin/etc., as my family really screws up all these titles.)

All I know of is 1rst cousins are children of brothers and sisters.

Aren't cousins children of your aunts & uncles?? ??? And nieces & nephews are the children of your brothers & sisters? It's funny that people have such different ideas about this!
I don't understand either -- surely this is a matter of definition, of what the word means, and not a matter of opinion or culture?
And as I understand the word, your cousins' parents can be either aunt/uncle or they can be cousins, depending on what sort of "cousins" we're talking about. Your FIRST cousins' parents are your aunt and uncle. Your SECOND cousins' parents are your first cousins... I think. But maybe that's cousins once removed, and not second cousins -- I can never keep the two straight.
My brother and I both have children. His children are my niece and nephew. My children and his children are first cousins. My children's children and my brother's children's children are second cousins. My grandchild and my brother's children are second cousins, once removed.
Once you throw in half siblings and step children, you really get to the party....welcome to my world :D
**EDIT**
ooops...according to this site, I am wrong about the second cousins
