I'm off to El Paso

Having to travel for work is the worst, but I can't get out of it this time. So next week I will be in El Paso and Juarez working in the company's new facility. Eating out is going to be a challenge I think so I packing lots of nuts and Clif bars! I am not looking forward the this trip at all.
I doubt I'll be online until I return where I will update everyone on the best and worst vegan friendly eateries in Juarez and El Paso, so until then I bid you farewell.

Have a great time! Bring lots of short sleeve shirts and short because it's over a 100 degrees in Texas right now.
i think it would be neat to g to texas. i am sure you will be fine finding food in el paso. maybe not at restaurants, but i have realized that it is pretty damn easy to travel and be vegan, it's just not always glamorous.
No kidding. I'm moving to Panama for 11 months in a few days.... I don't think there are enough Cliff bars in the world. Looks like I should learn to LOVE beans and rice ay? :D

Just stay out of any diner/cantina called "Rose's" and you'll be fine ;)b
I'm doing OK but can't wait to get home!
Have had a lot of salad and very little protein apart from my bag of nuts I bought with me.
Weather is nice though!
