So it is two o'clock in the morning and my body is fully awake. My brain wants desperately to retire but sadly my body disagrees.
I ingested no caffeine and have already tried counting sheep.
Woe is me. :(
Naturally, no one else is online to reply.
YOU MUST ALL BE SLEEPING!
Poor Weasel, I know what it's like. Have you tried herbal teas, like say chamomile or linden flower (aka lime blossom?)
Listen to some chill-out music, or read.
Everytime I read the subject heading I think-sing it to Nita Whitaker's "Tuesday, 3:00am," from the movie Latter Days.
Tuesday, 3 am
Once again I’m wide awake.

I think of matchboxtwenty "It's 3 AM, I must be lonely"
I hate it when I can't sleep. I read an article that said the scent of lavender is supposed to help you sleep. They suggest a diffuser or even placing a small sachet under your pillow. I hope you have sweet dreams tonight!
"Wednesday Morning, 3 AM." Boy am I old!
Try a drop (just a drop!) of lavendar essential oil on the back of your neck, and maybe one drop (only one!) on your forehead.
Chamomile oil helps too.
