So, I was just thinking, wouldn't it be awesome to have the decor in each room of your house be inspired by a food? Like, I was cutting up eggplant today, making my accidental eggplant chips, and I though, wow, this eggplant looks so pretty against this green plate! I would love to have a room inspired entirely by eggplant colors. And then I thought there could be ones inspired by mangoes and apples and sweet potatoes and pretty much any other pretty food.

Yay. I'm so glad the new vegweb is up!
Yeah, but the search function doesn't seem to work for board topics (not recipes). I wanted to find the "What Song is Stuck in your Head" thread and the What's New board is full of ancient topics. Search produced nothing. Grrr.
If you can remember (or dig up) an old thread's exact title, you might be able to figure out the new URL by dropping punctuation and extremely common words (e.g. "is" and "in" in this case), and using a dash instead of spaces: http://vegweb.com/community/whats-new-pussycat/what-song-stuck-your-head...
When I click the "X new posts" button, it shoots me to a random page. But hopefully that will be fixed soon, and nobody gets viruses. I've been visiting from my iPad recently.
When I click the new posts, it always takes me to the front page. Kind of annoying.

Yeah, I haven't actually seen Kirod pop up in a long time, now that I think of it. Perhaps he went away when vegweb started having issues.
Ugh I keep reading posts on the first page of threads and wondering what people are talking about and thinking certain people are back who have been gone.

I'm just noticing that there is no "edit post" function. I totally failed as a beta tester. That makes three things I didn't notice until after I sent in my questionnaire. I am a tard.

Ok, these forums are annoying. But I like the 'Like' button for peoples comments. I'm sure this has been said, but I've always wanted that in my VegWeb. Although when I just tried to 'like' Sarah's comment above, it said error. So just know that I liked your comment but VegWeb doesn't want my feelings known.

I miss the star ratings- it provided a gradient to judge the recipe on. All right, a bit more poking around to see what I like, dislike and miss. Do we not have recipe boxes anymore?
