Question about refridgerated soy milk...

How long can you keep unopened soy milk in the tetra pack carton before you have to throw it away? I know it's a stupid question, but I just found some of the small ones and I don't know how long you can keep them unopened.
thanks!

Is there an expiry date on the carton? If you're worried, go by that. I've actually opened soymilk tetra packs long, long after their dates of expiration... and I was still standing afterward! No problem there - so I guess it depends on your own comfort level. Hope that helps!

Good to know that someone else has had it and survived 8-) I just noticed that they were 8 months overdue, so I think I'll toss them this time and try to be more aware of what it's in my fridge! They were just 2 of the small ones.
