Cinnamon Peaches Apples Grapes Pineapple Mango Flaxseeds Walnuts (with the cinnamon - might taste like a liquid banana bread/cookie) Granola (or put over granola) Orange and Pineapple Kale

something for better flavor or nutrition or what? i have been making smoothies a lot w/ hemp protein powder... it has 11g protein and 14 g fiber (which freaked me out at first but it didn't upset my body, so... ). i love it.

I mostly make juices, but their smoothie section is just as big. It gives you different recipes for different needs/ailments. Theres are large section in the back listing major diseases/health problems including things like yeast infections, stress and the common cold, it gives you fruits and veggies that help battle the ailments and specific juice and smoothie recipes to use. I love it!
