Was Monday (20 Feb) a school holiday in the US?

Just curious...a website I frequent isn't usually updated during Spring Break or "long weekends" and it wasn't updated until today. Did the kids get something like President's Day off?
21st-Washington's birthday is a federal holiday
It wasn't a school holiday here in Davidson County, Tennessee. Only government facilities were closed here.
Some schools get the day off for Presidents day. All the schools here (except for mine, grumblegrumble) were closed.
every store in town seemed like it was closed... except mine... i don't ever get nifty days off... you know the ones you really don't know what to do to celebrate other than buying masks of regan obama and bush off of amazon and have a light saber fight on the city hall steps...
I'm not sure about here, because my county is on winter break.
It wasn't here.

WHOAH. Winter. Weird. My spring break is about to happen.
I know! They're trying out a balanced calendar this year. They get a bunch of random weeks off, but the summer is shorter. My spring break is in two weeks. I think the county spring break is at the end of March or beginning of April.
Ohhhhhh. They almost did that here, it never really happened.

Ah, Winter Break could be it. I think the page is based in Michigan but I'm not sure. I thought, yeah, President's Day is Monday off, but...a four-day-weekend seemed a bit much.
Also the tiny trolls seem to appear on that page whenever schools/colleges are closed. You know, idiot asswhole remarks that don't make sense but are just insulting.
A lot of schools have winter vacation this week. Of course, not mine! Next month is our Spring vacation. Some schools have two winter vacations and some have two spring vacations.
The students here had school. WHen they arrived at my afterschool program, one kindergarten girl gave me a hug and said, "happy Presidents Day, Miss S"! ALL of the other kids were like, HUH? And didn't even know it was P day. You would think at the school they at least wrote it on the board or something! Jeez!!!
We always got President's Day off in my town.
On Monday my German teacher put me on the spot, saying it's a holiday today in the U.S., right? And I was like uhh yeah, right, President's Day. It's a nice day off. I said that it celebrates Washington and Lincoln's birthday and she was like no, it's just Washington's birthday. I looked it up when I got home and it's super ambiguous and depends on what state you live in and stuff. But it never falls on Washington's actual birthday and can also celebrate Lincoln's, so there. I'm not just a stupid American.
Back in the 60s there were two different holidays: Washington's BD and then Lincoln's. I don't remember us having the day off school but the post office was closed (of cuss). Then they morphed them into one day and started having it always be on a Monday so there could be a three-day weekend.
