Laying in the grass of my yard, having my animals outside, and maybe reading a book to top it off.

Running is the only way I can really unwind after a day--if I don't run I feel all wound up and antsy. My bf says he doesn't like me as well on my rest days! :)
Other than running, I love to cook and bake. It's how I will spend the day if I have nothing to do. Then I like to walk my dog. He loves to get outside, and so do I.
If we have some free time, my bf and I love to hike and camp, but that actually requires getting away from everything for a few days, and that doesn't happen very often.

Taking long walks. I haven't done this in a while and I have suffered. Music is a great chill out tool as well.

A nice hot bath with a few drops of my one of my favorite essential oils (maybe lavender or juniper, depending on my mood). I love it... my favorite way to chill out is to take a hot bath. :>

I am the most at peace when I am baking. It is how I relax and destress.

The actual best, for me, is lying on the grass under a tree with birdsong around me. Seldom achieved where I live now. Even when we go to the park, my DH isn't much for sitting on the ground. His idea of a park visit is walk around a bit, then go home. He doesn't understand lying on a blanket for an hour just listening.

Reading a good book, lying on the grass somewhere, chatting about nothing with great friends, a glass of wine (or sangria), just to stare at the sky (or ceiling, whichever is more convenient at the time), and of course, yoga!

Kids awake - Walking around our neighborhood with our dogs and girls - it's so green and there are little canals of water with all kinds of birds
Kids asleep - Hanging out on the sofa with my DH under my Green Bay Packers and having a cup of soy chai that he's just made - we can be watching anything on TV or just talking & listening to music, it doesn't even matter.
