You are here

I am dying for a cigarette!

OK, that is all.  I very much  want one.  None the less, I have none and will be having my shower to get ready for work in a few minutes.  I swear...I am not smoking again!

Not dying for, dying from. Your body is begging for poison. Hang tough honey. Five minutes at a time. You can do this.
Tell ya what--you go off ciggies and I will go off second helpings. Deal?

Heehee... you said, "As I only smoke evenings and weekends and outside, there is no excuse for me not to quit."
So REALLY you wouldn't normally want one... you just want it becuz you told yourself you wouldn't!  ;)
You can do it!!!!!!! :)
Fight your brain! :)

OK, not that I am much of a role model, but the chain is broken already, because you smoked your last one.  The only thing that continues the chain is lighting up another one.
damn non-smoking propaganda!  but it's true *sheepishly admits defeat*

good luck honey!  You'll be in my thoughts today.

Wow...  Go to google images and type in "smokers lungs".  I don't want to post any links, as they are quite scary, but that may just be the motivation you need.  GREAT idea, yabbitgirl!

Diver Di, you can do it!!  Think about how great that kiss will be with your BF!

I don't know how to display photos in the message.  I attached a jpg file but it didn't show up in the preview.

These photos are so awful.  Hopefully, they'll be motivating to not smoke anymore and your lungs will clear themselves of the damage, in most cases, provided you haven't already smoked 20-40 years.

I think it's a terrible shame.

I really feel for smokers.  I'm sure the quitting process must be horrific.

My mother smoked from the age of 16 until the day she died.  She always wanted to quit but lacked the willpower or drive or courage to do so.  Luckily her "don't do it girls" mantra did keep the four of us from starting.

Keep pushing.  People are successful at doing this.  There is no reason you can't be one of them.
