But at least you only have one, some people have their whole mouths full of them.
It is controversial wether people should get them removed, once they have them, or leave them be. I had mine removed by a holistic dentist, who used precautions. Don't let anyone just remove them without precautions. THe first dentist I went to just started drilling a filling out, I am sure I got a good dose of mercury that day  >:(
