I love Gilad.  Love him and have quite a few of his videos/DVD's.  He just came out with a new two DVD set for the new year.

Just ordered them for myself and my sister for her birthday (she is also a huge Gilad fan).

I don't have them yet as I just ordered them, but if they are anything like his previous exercise tapes, they should be great.

Of course, he recommends that you do lots of aerobic with them.  Nothing like having a good looking man help you get fit!  ;D
