Animal rights- the history and present.
I would like to see more I can't believe it is vegan stuff. Things that are already out there and just happen to be vegan. :)
Simple meals made with like 5 ingredients or less....
I can't think of 1 thing we haven't already talked about!!!!
Pressure cooking
Vegan foods minus the evil trinity-oil, sugar and salt.
Some awesome oil-free, sugar-free and salt-free recipes that are quick, easy and delicious.
Recipes with whole foods focus, food allergies (like gluten and soy), recipes that cost a dollar or less per serving to make (not sure if we've covered that already), CSA's, home gardening, farmers markets, companion animal treats, non-food recipes like homemade toothpaste and cleaners, food for picky eaters (children and adults alike) .That's all I can think of right now. Hope that helps :)
Personally, I'd like to see more topics on vegan goods or veg-friendly places worldwide-not just US stuff, low-cost/serving meal ideas/recipes, and CSA-z.
id love to see more quick, easy, cheap, healthy meals.... guess i need this cookbook : )
Ideas for fall cassoroles, meals, and healthy desserts (if that is possible).
Restaurant tricks and tips. (What you have ordered at chain restaurants that others could try; good combinations you've come up with; etc.)
Recipes that will win over omnis!
- How to make non-food vegan items, like toothpaste, cleaners, soaps, etc.
- Gluten-free vegan recipes.
- Recipes revolving around nuts and seeds.
- Tips when dining out (how to communicate effectively to waiters, hidden non-vegan ingredients to watch out for, etc.)
- Muffin mania!
Cooking once a week, with the same ingredients, to make 5 different dishes. Sometimes I just don't have time to cook beans and tofu and tempeh and everything else in one week, so meals get boring.

I can't think of anything that hasn't already been covered, but I want in on this giveaway! :)
I would like to see more vegan/gluten free combo recipes. I"m trying not to use wheat in my recipes.
I would like to see more whole grain, and not just wheat, baking and dessert recipes that also use a healthier sweetener than sugar!
hmmm definitely would like to see one on baked snacks like granola/energy bars...I need to start eating breakfast on the run now that school's started again (have you done that yet? probably!)
Maybe cooking seasonally. I personally would like to know more about options for vegan family travel.
