OK. I am SO tickled here... I'm on Amazon! Vegan Food Rules!

So, I self-publish a cookbook on Lulu.com last November. I had worked on it for a long time, but in the end, I didn't have time to approach an actual publisher and I really wanted a copy for my Mom's birthday. (I may be 39, but I still love me Mom!) So I went the self-publishing route and she loved it!

I actually sold about three dozen on LuLu, (but it's not exactlty a site people stumble on all the often.) I had basically forgotten all about it, when out of the blue, I find out that Lulu liked it so much they decided to list it on Amazon.com! OMG, I never expected that!

It's called "Meatless Meals for Meat Lovers" (recipes aimed at people still in transition or for folks looking to please fussy carnivores.) I really don't care about money, but it just tickles me to be so chosen, and I would lovelovelove if any of you fine folks out there fit the "target demographic" that you give it a go. It's got original recipes for seitan filet mignon, salisbury steak, Hamburger Helper, meatless hamburger and gravy, red wine pasta sauce, soy-free breakfast sausage, holiday "turkey", vegan roast beast, and tons more. I want the feedback more than anything. It's actually available as a download on Lulu.com for five smackeroos. I just graduated as Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and I can't wait to get out there and spread veganism in a more "official" capacity...

I just am thrilled because I live in a very small town in Canada where rednecks outnumber the vegetarians by like, a million to one, and we get mocked basically daily by someone or other for our eating style. I just want to help the vegan cause get ever closer to world domination in my own little way..:0)
Thanks for listening everyone, and peace...

Good for you!!!  I am new to veganism and I will check out your book, however I was not a meat lover. My husband and I ate only chicken, turkey and fish occasionally. So missing meat hasn't been hard at all. It's trying to avoid milk, eggs and cheese that's tough.
Way to go Tracy W!!!
