Kale Kumpow smoothie
What you need:
1/2-1 C Kale (I freeze mine)
1/4 C frozen Blackberries
1/4 C frozen Strawberries
Half a Banana (optional but good)
1 scoop of Protein Powder (I use Raw Meal)
8 oz Water
Stevia to taste
What you do:
*Single Serving* Put all ingredients in blender and enjoy, can subsitute fruit for fruit of your choice.
