Fruit Shake

What you need: 

1 banana
1 kiwi
3/4 cup fresh strawberries
2 1/2 ounces of soft tofu
1/2 cup soya milk
sweeten to taste with sugar (optional)

What you do: 

Add all ingrediance to a blender, mix and liquify. Drink as is or chill in frezer until cristaline and eat with a spoon.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I loved this! I didn't have tofu but my smoothie had a very creamy consistency though because I used the frozen strawberries and frozen sliced bananas instead. Thanks a lot I love this!
