SO HOW'D IT GO?
AAMAZZZINGGGGG! this is so good. i tweaked it a bit and mixed the banana with a bit of peanut butter, a tablespoon of flaxseed and the cinnamon. i also added a pinch of ground ginger. :) so yummy! i spread it on a piece of homemade bread. mmmmmm thanks so much for this!
I love this stuff!
The only thing I do differently is lightly toast the bread before I smush the banana on it as I find it doesn't get crispy if I don't.
I put nutmeg and brown sugar on mine, great breakfast, fast, easy and filling.
Also, guys, SERIOUSLY, try this with overripe peaches, because it will blow your mind :P
This was SO good. I cannot believe I had not thought of it before. This morning I tried it on a whole wheat bagel. It was amazing [:
How would you make this if you don't have a toaster oven?
I just put them in the regular oven, right on the rack.
Sorry to be pathetic but what temp do you do it at? How long?
I would probably just set your oven to broil and place your toast on the top rack, and just keep an eye on the toast til it reaches your level of done-ness :)

I love this! It's so simple and delicious. I've been making this recipe for breakfast everyday for the last two weeks.
The only thing I change is I use an english muffin instead of bread.
