Basic Whole Wheat
What you need:
1 1/8 cups of water
3 cups of whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon dry yeast
What you do:
This is for 3 cups flour equivalent.
Use Whole Wheat cycle.
