Berry Pie

What you need: 

3 cups berries of your choice
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoon flour
pinch of salt
double vegan pie crust

What you do: 

Put berries in pie crust. Mix flour and sugar and spinkle over berries. Put top crust on top, crimp edges, trim off excess dough, and cut a few slashes in the top with a sharp knife. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 400 degrees.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

mm so good.. i made mine an anarchy pie hehe.. i used a frozen bag of mixed berries (strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry) and a cup of leftover fresh pineapple.. i also threw in a container of the so delicious cinnamon bun yogurt and a handful of shredded coconut to the filling.. and instead of just a solid top crust i made a lattice one.. it was so good! easy quick and delicious!

very yummy and also just what I needed. (my only ingredients on hand were a package of various berries.. and a craving for pie!) I added 2 tablespoons of apple juice because I was afraid it wouldnt be moist enough for my taste (it was my first time baking a pie) and it was delish.
