Summer Sautee

What you need: 

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/2" strips
2 medium squash, sliced into 1/2" strips
2 handfuls fresh green beans
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

What you do: 

1. Heat oil in large pan. Add zucchini, squash, green beans, garlic, and onion.
2. Cook until desired consistency.
I like to eat mine over pasta, but it is perfectly yummy by itself.
