SO HOW'D IT GO?
On a more serious note, I would never use this as frosting; the consistency is just not right.
It gets my 5 stars anyway, because it's so darn tasty, but just doesn't fit the bill for frosting, in my opinion.
Oh man, one half cup of peanut butter?
DalVeg, that sounds heavenly.
If I weren't making chocolate chai cupcakes today, I would certainly try that.
I'll let y'all know how this goes, I'm making some once the house clears out this morning ;)
I made this to frost chocolate brownies, but to shake things up a bit, I added 1/2 of a cup of peanut butter. :)
This was super easy to make! I used it to frost some vegan brownies! I also noticed that if you reduce the amount of agave, and use a firmer silken tofu, it makes a tasty chocolate pudding!
This was lovely! A really creally frosting that's not too sweet and doesn't do your arteries in!
The only comment I have, is that my tofu doesn't go completely smooth, and has little lumps in. This may be because I liquidized it in a blender rather than a food processor, but perhaps you might have another suggestion?

Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this recipe!! ;D I have been on the lookout for a recipe such as this for MONTHS-- ive always hated making frostings the traditional way-- with tons of maragarine. it just wasnt appetizing to me, to be eating sugared butter :P. so this is amazing! mine turned out YUMMY and with great texture. thanks again! :)
