Hemp Seed Smoothie Base

What you need: 

2 cups vanilla soy milk
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
2 tablespoons flax seeds
1 cup oatmeal
2 bananas

What you do: 

Mix these ingredients in a blender. This healthy vegan base can be used with any "toppings". I like to add...
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for a chocolate smoothie).
2 tablespoons peanut butter (for a peanut butter smoothie).
1/2 bag of frozen mangoes & 1/4 cup orange juice (for a tropical smoothie).
It is really up to your imagination!
