Seviche

What you need: 

1 tofu block
3/4 oatmeal
3 tablespoons potatoes flakes
1/2 cup cilantro
1/3 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (toasted)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 garlic clove

What you do: 

Mix all ingredient in a mixing bowl.
Put in a skillet with a little bit of olive oil on medium heat for about 5-8 minutes.
Add some ketchup when you are about to serve; add hot sauce if you like.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Do you fry it like a pancake or scramble it like eggs?  I'm sorry but I don't know what seviche is (I thought it was some kind of fish).
