Strawberry Almond Tofu Smoothie

What you need: 

1/2 cup silken tofu
1 cup soy milk
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon almond extract, to taste
a few fresh strawberries, to your liking
organic granulated sugar to taste (I like about 1 tablespoon)

What you do: 

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie. About 1-2 minutes.
The almond extract gives it an unexpected taste and it's really filling.
