Hi everyone! I'm back from a long break at vegwebbing. I had oral surgery a while ago and just didn't feel like being online. (I'm doing fine by the way! I havent had to take a single disgusting-unvegan-tested-on-animal medicine yet! (aside from whatever the hell they put in my while i was under))
And the best news is, I got a digital camera! It has a macro function and everything, so I am super excited to start back up with the "lost recipe club"! (The camera I used to take pictures with belonged to my brother--it had no macro mode). I am very happy with it so far. And the thing only cost me 89 US dollars! yeah...I did watch forsale ads for a long time hahaha. Here's some photos I took of my garden to test the camera out.

OMGoodness, those are beautiful pictures! Then again, all your pictures are awesome! Have you seriously thought about photography as your profession? I used to work in a professional photolab, and I can clearly see that you have lots of talent in that area. It's seems like you have a real knack for it..
glad you're feeling better! what kind of camera did you get? i'm looking for one too.

And thanks everyone for the "where's ashley?" thread. I didn't want to alert the vegweb community to my surgery because it seemed like sooo many surgeries/bad news/sad threads were going on at the time.

Ashley, it is about time your happy vegan hiney showed up! I was worried about you. Glad your surgery went well and OF COURSE you show up with a new camera. I can't help thinking you are a little into "S&M" because you use that camera like a whip and torture us all (sorry, too much 3 word playing).
