Thank you!!! I had a fun day! Celebrated by going to brunch with family and opening presents and eating vegan cupcakes* afterwards. And they loved the cupcakes! I think that was the BEST part! (OK the best part was getting to spend it with my little bugaboo 1-year-old nephew!)

* I made a batch of Super Moist Chocolate Cake cupcakes filled with Fluffy Vegan Buttercream Frosting (VCTOTW), topped with a thick layer of Chocolate Glaze - yum! I also made the Easiest Cupcakes on the Planet topped with Fluffy Vegan Buttercream Frosting (these we weren't as crazy about).
