Notice they say 'fine in moderation' the problem is it isn't used in moderation and that's why it is so dangerous. Is in nearly everything processed so it is hard to moderate at all. The first time I saw these commercials I thought I was going to scream this is why the rate of type 2 diabetes in children is on the rise (that's right the ind called adult onset)
I love how the first commercial says "fine if it's in moderation". It's in freakin' everything! For real, whenever I see HFCS on a lable its always the first, second or third ingredient on the label and sometimes used more in other things within the same product (if that made any sense).
