6 to 8 oz. almond milk (you can use soy or rice milk)
1 banana
handful of strawberries, fresh
handful of blackberries, fresh
handful of cherries, frozen
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop of soy protein powder
Pour the milk in a blender, and add the banana, the strawberries, blackberries, cherries. Then, add the flaxseed, the vanilla extract, and the protein powder. Let it blend to your desired consistency.
