Awesome Vegan Ranch Dressing

What you need:

1/2 cup nondairy milk (I use Edensoy vanilla or regular flavor)
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Nasoya Nayonaise)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dried or fresh parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

What you do:

Mix all ingredients in food processor.
This recipe tastes totally like the regular Ranch dressings on shelves in supermarkets. Everybody loves it and they all want the recipe hearing that it is vegan and so much healthier for you. I use it on salads, brown rice, baked potatoes, steamed veggies and a little thicker (add a bit more Nayonaise) as a veggie dip for raw vegetables. For the vegetable dip, I omit the red wine vinegar.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This is so very scrumptious!!  I loooooved it.  I used 2 Tbls of vinegar & thought it was a bit too vinegary.  I will use only 1 Tbls next time.  I only added soymilk to downplay the vinegar.  Otherwise, I don't think I would have added any.  I've already added it to 2 different kinds of salads & a veggie burger.  Yum - think I'll go eat some more now.

Thanks for posting this awesome recipe!  :)

Wow!!! this is a great recipe for Ranch Dressing!  I cut back a little on the red wine vinegar to make it less strong.  This is the best Ranch I've had so far since going vegan.  Thanks! ;)b

awesome!  just what i wanted.

but i added more vegan mayo (otherwise too watery), dill, basil and extra garlic powder (because i didn't have onion powder).

i also mixed some louisiana hot sauce!! to make it a buffalo ranch dip!

thank you so much!!

oooh we made this for a salad, and it turned out awesome! I was a little skeptical for being such a ranch lover, but it was great! I need to tweak it a little to make it perfect but great start.

I guess I forgot to review this....but I didn't like it all that much for a salad. Mine came out sweet for some reason..but I used regular soymilk. I also added too much garlic powder...it was pretty good on a baked potato though!

this dressing is really delicious! i cut back on the soy milk and vinegar (i like mine creamy) and added a big of dried dill weed.

I am so excited!  This was awesome!  I made two different versions...one regular and one spicy and both are amazing.  I used to live on ranch dressing...I dipped everything in it and I've been so sad without it....but now, I have my vice back.  Thank you so much!

I thought this dressing was very ranch like and delicious,  the secret may be to use fresh parsley and 2 tbls. of good quality red wine vinager.  Ive tried a couple of times to make ranch with alot more ingredients and they were so gross, in the words of my seven year old,  so maybe she will like this one.  Oh I also used silk plain and Nasoya,  way better than the bottle of ranch I just bought at the health food store that I paid almost 5$ for!!

This is very good, and pretty close to the store ranch dressings (at least, as I remember them tasting).  I've made it a few times now, and this last time I added some bac'n bits before I blended it all together for a bacon ranch.  Amazing.  I keep it in the fridge in an old salad dressing bottle I cleaned out - a double batch of this ranch fills the bottle with a bit extra to spare.
