backpacking PB rice

What you need: 

1 cup cooked instant rice
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce

What you do: 

Mix all ingredients together and eat.
Instant rice saves fuel. I don't eat very much in general, even when backpacking, (which is part of my job) so if you generally eat a lot or are on a particularly stenuous trip you might want to increase the amounts.
Source of recipe: This was inspired by the easy peanut butter rice recipe on this website. I eat this for dinner often while backpacking.
