Banana Fudgesicles

What you need:

2 bananas, the riper the better
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I use rice milk)
2 heaping tablespoons cocoa powder
1 to 2 tablespoons agave nectar (depending on how ripe/sweet your bananas are)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons peanut butter (optional, for peanut butter banana fudgesicles)

What you do:

1. In a blender, puree all the ingredients together.
2. Pour into ice pop molds.
3. Freeze.
4. Run the molds under hot water for a few seconds to loosen the fudgesicles.
** Note -- ice pop molds come in different sizes! You may need to alter the amount of rice milk depending on the size of your molds, and the size of your bananas!
Source of recipe: I made this one up because I'm super picky about my bananas, they were getting ripe faster than I could eat them, and I was sick of banana bread.
