Berry Sauce

What you need:

1 heaping cup blueberries
1 orange, juiced
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 to 3 dates, soaked for 1/2 hour
Water, as needed

What you do:

1) Place the blueberries, orange juice, cinnamon, and soaked dates into a blender and process. Add water to achieve the consistency you desire. The mixture can be used at this point as is, refrigerated, or placed in a dehydrator at around 105 to 110 degrees for an hour to reduce, thicken and warm the sauce.
This is so delicious over fresh fruit or raw pancakes. You can substitute the blueberries with any berry. Blackberry sauce smothering fresh summer peaches or nectarines is near heaven:)
Source of recipe: I modified this pretty standard recipe to be suitable for a raw diet.
