This is excellent hummus. Another recipe I tried didn't have tahini in it, and there is a huge difference in taste and texture. Thank you for posting.
Delicious! I added roasted red peppers and jalapeños!
This was very good! Thanks!
This is pretty much the recipe I use for my hummus and it's awesome. I used less salt great stuff and so easy. Why would I pay 4 bucks for a little container ever again!?
This was a good hummus. I doubled the recipe because I was making it for a crowd, but did not double to lemon juice, garlic, or salt (because I could always add more and those quantities seemed like a lot to me). I ended up adding 1/2 tsp more salt but leaving the lemon juice and garlic the same. I also had to add more water to blend it properly (and I have a Vitamix).
This is a great recipe...finally made a hummus I was proud of! I added some cumin and quite a bit of extra olive oil because I like it super extra creamy!! Thanks for the recipe!!!!!
This is wonderful! It makes me want to eat it on a sandwich with crunchy lettuce, even though I don't like sandwiches or lettuce. It's just that good.
Love this recipe! Thanks for posting.
i dont have any tahini on hand. Cant I just grind my own toasted sesame seeds with a little oil and make my own tahini to use in my hummus?
