Big "O" Smoothie
What you need:
8-10 baby carrots
3/4 cup (6 oz.) orange juice
1 ripe banana, broken into several pieces
1/2 (4 oz.) cup plain soy milk
2-3 ice cubes (optional)
What you do:
Add the ingredients to your blender and blend on high for about a minute, depending on how chunky you would like your baby carrots to stay. The "O" refers to the beautiful orange color of this drink. It's a great way to use up extra baby carrots and sneak some vitamin A in your diet at the same time!
